How to Schedule Your Virtual Consultation Appointment – What you need to know

1. Request Virtual Consultation

Submit a Virtual Consultation request on the contacts page or use link.

2. Consultation Confirmation

You will be sent a confirmation date and time for your consult along with a meeting ID via email.

3. Launch Video Consultation

Please make sure you are on-time to your video consult. The meeting portal will be open 5 minutes prior to your consult and will end 5 minutes after on PST. We look forward to meeting with you soon.
